The Bridge (Emergency Shelters)
	To become a volunteer at either the Boys Home or Girls Home, you must be 21 years of age, satisfactorily complete the required background check and sign a confidentiality statement. The two Bridge homes have children ages birth to 17. In this area, there are a lot of opportunities for volunteers, such as rocking babies, playing, reading, tutoring, mentoring, helping, connecting and making the children feel worthwhile. You can also sponsor an event, help prepare meals, or lead an arts and crafts project. ►How to apply
Administrative
	These volunteers are very helpful in the office environment. Typing and/or computer skills are a plus and other duties could include shredding, filing, or sorting through donations. ►How to apply
Internships
	Our clinical staff welcomes interns in the areas of Social Work, Psychology and Criminal Justice. Interns must be at least 18 years of age, satisfactorily complete the required background check and sign a confidentiality statement. Internships must also be approved by the college or university. ►How to apply
